Q: What are the dates and times of the Exposition?
A: The show dates and hours are:

Q: Is there a cost to register?
A: Attendee registration to visit the exposition is FREE if you register by March 9. After that date, the registration fee will be $40. Separate fees apply to register for the Conference.

Q: When will I receive my registration confirmation and badge?
A: Confirmation should be received within 7 business days. Badges will begin mailing in February. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery if registering after February 1.

Q: How far is the convention center from O'Hare International Airport (ORD)?
A: O'Hare International Airport is just 5 minutes from Rosemont, and 20 minutes to downtown.

Q: What are the driving directions to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and area hotels?
A: See the Travel Desk section of this website.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: There are several lots located near the convention center.

Q: Is there shuttle service available?
A: Transportation to or from the airport can be arranged by hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services or taxi. All hotels in the PMA METALFORM block have complimentary airport shuttle service.

Q: How do I make my hotel reservation?
A: All reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please contact the hotel of your choice by visiting the Travel Desk section of this website for more information.

Q: Is there an age limit to attend?
A: Yes. Absolutely no one under 16 years of age will be admitted. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their conduct and safety at all times.

Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: No camera or recording equipment will be allowed. Absolutely no photography is allowed on the show floor. Cameras (including phone cameras) will be confiscated if used on the show floor.
