Payment Policy
All applications for exhibit space must be accompanied with deposit, payable in U.S. funds. Applications received without deposits or deposits received without applications cannot be processed for space assignment.
The amount of the deposit is dependent upon the date the application is received and PMA Membership status. The payment schedule is:
| After February 3, 2006 | 10% |
| After May 5, 2006 | 40% |
| After August 14, 2006 | 70% |
| After December 8, 2006 | 100% |
