Q: What are the dates and times of the Exposition?
The show dates and hours are:

Q: Is there a cost to register?
A: Attendee registration to visit the exposition is FREE if you register by March 7. After that date, the registration fee will be $40. Separate fees apply to register for the Conference.
Q: When will I receive my registration confirmation and badge?
A: Confirmation should be received within seven business days. Badges will begin mailing in late February. Please allow three weeks for delivery if registering after February 1.
Q: How far is the convention center from Birmingham International Airport?
A: Birmingham International Airport is approximately two miles away from the convention center.
Q: What are the driving directions to the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Center and area hotels?

Q: Is there parking available?
A: There are several lots located downtown near the convention center.
Q: Is there shuttle service available?
A: Transportation to or from the airport can be arranged by hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services, taxi or bus.
Q: How do I make my hotel reservation?
A: All reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please contact the hotel of your choice by visiting the Travel Desk section of this website for more information.
Q: Is there an age limit to attend?
A: Yes. Absolutely no one under 16 years of age will be admitted. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their conduct and safety at all times.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: No camera or recording equipment will be allowed. Absolutely no photography is allowed on the show floor. Cameras (including camera phones) will be confiscated if used to photograph on the show floor.
