Exhibitor Manuals
Exhibitor Manuals will be shipped to you later this month. This year's
manuals will not be in the standard 3-ring binder format, but provided
on disk. This cost-effective and environmentally-friendly upgrade will
also save on printing and distribution costs. Please keep in
mind, to receive a manual you must be current in your exhibit space
payments (70% paid). If you have questions regarding your payment

Why Should I Read the Exhibitor Manual?
Okay, sure you are busy. We know that you have lots of balls to
juggle. There is never enough time to do everything you want to do. But
if you do just one thing, read the Exhibitor Manual.
Why? You will save money. You will get
what you need, when you need it. Your show experience will be
productive. You will reach your show objectives.
If you do not take time to read the
manual now ...you may encounter higher costs. You may not be able to
obtain the services and supplies that you will need. You may encounter
frustrating delays and inconvenience. Life is complicated enough! It
takes less than one hour to read the Exhibitor Manual. Pay
particular attention to dates and deadlines. For those services and
supplies that do not have printed deadlines, the sooner you place your
order, the better your chances of getting exactly what you want.
Complete Your Show Directory Listing Now
Make sure you
get maximum exposure online, as well as in the full print version of the
show directory distributed onsite. Submit your company description and
product listings, and attendees can search for your company by name,
keyword or product type. We make it easy to do with two ways to submit
your listing: fill out the
online Show
Directory Listing Form and submit it electronically, or

Introducing a new product or service at METALFORM
2007? Make plans to include
your company in the upcoming “New Products” page on the official show
website, and let attendees know what you’ve got to offer before the
show! Take advantage of this

with a brief description of the new product or service you’ll be
showcasing and
include pictures, if available.
Order Your Supply of VIP Tickets
Attendee registration will open soon, and our direct mail campaign kicked off
last month. As in the past, each exhibitor will automatically receive a
quantity of 100 VIP tickets to distribute to your customers. If you
require more than 100 tickets, please use this handy online form to

Pre-Show Promotion Tips
At a recent show-sponsored exhibitor workshop, a panel of five long-time
trade show attendees agreed that they start planning their schedule of
their short-list of companies to visit far ahead of what most exhibitors
believe they do - up to 6 weeks before the show! They said that
promotion that hits them in the last few weeks before a show is too
