Promote Your New Products
Introducing a new product or service at METALFORM Birmingham? Make plans to include your company in the upcoming “New Products” page on the official show website, and let attendees know what you’ve got to offer before the show! Take advantage of this excellent promotional opportunity – reply to ppirogowicz@pma.org with a brief description of the new product or service you’ll be showcasing and include pictures, if available. Order Your Supply of VIP Tickets
You should have already received a supply of 100 VIP tickets to distribute to your customers. If you require more than 100 tickets, please use this handy online form to order additional quantities at no cost.

Hotel Reservations
Both the Sheraton Birmingham and Redmont Hotels have sold out of the PMA block. More rooms are now available at the Holiday Inn Airport and the Historic Tutwiler. Please check the Travel Desk section of the website for more information.

Exhibitor Service Kits
Exhibitor Manuals are now available to you from Freeman, the official general show contractor. It is in a user-friendly, online format and accessible via password. This environmentally-friendly and cost-effective upgrade will also save on printing and distribution costs.

Access the exhibitor service kit in three easy steps:

1. Log in, create a username, and Freeman will assign you a temporary password, which they will email to you almost immediately.
2. Log back in with this temporary password and create a unique password of your own.
3. Access all of your show forms under FORMS & BROCHURES.

Please keep in mind, to receive a manual you must be current in your exhibit space payments (100% paid). If you have questions regarding your payment status, or need help accessing the exhibitor service kit, please contact Pam Pirogowicz.

Exhibit Plan Notification Forms
This mandatory form was due December 17. If you haven't yet sent it in, please do so as soon as possible. You can download the form here.

Hold A Press Conference
Have you considered holding a press conference at Regional METALFORM Birmingham to assist in your efforts to get the word out? A press conference is the ideal way to increase the odds that your company and its products will receive editorial attention. If you’d like to reach the press at METALFORM, please complete the Press Conference Request Form and fax to 216-901-9190. The deadline to submit press conference requests is February 11. Contact Pam Pirogowicz at 216-901-8800 for more information.

METALFORM Bingo
Squares are going fast! All show attendees will receive a METALFORM Bingo card as they pick up their registration materials on site. Every square on the bingo card will feature the logo of a participating exhibitor!

To win METALFORM Bingo, attendees must visit enough squares (exhibitor booths) to complete BINGO 2 times with 2 complete vertical or horizontal rows. Exhibitors stamp their company’s square on attendees’ bingo cards. Winning bingo cards will be entered into a daily drawing for prizes. Spaces are limited so act now to sponsor a METALFORM bingo square. Or, help get your company’s name out to attendees by sponsoring a prize.
