Q: What are the dates and times of the Exposition?

Q: Is there a cost to register?
A: Attendee registration to visit the exposition is FREE if you register by March 1. After that date, the registration fee will be $40. Separate fees apply to register for the Conference.
Q: When will I receive my registration confirmation and badge?
A: Confirmation should be received within 7 business days. Badges will begin mailing in February. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery if registering after February 1.

When you register to attend METALFORM, you will get access to the SmartConnect community. This portal enables you to securely and anonymously seach for products and vendors, set up meetings and efficiently plan your time at the show. It also enables you to connect with other attendees, like you, so that you can share ideas and network together

Q: How far is the convention center from Nashville International Airport?
A: Nashville International Airport is eight (8) miles east of downtown Nashville.
Q: What are the driving directions to the Nashville Convention Center and area hotels?
A: See the Travel Desk section of this website.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: There are several lots located downtown near the convention center.
Q: Is there shuttle service available?
A: Transportation to or from the airport can be arranged by hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services, taxi, or bus. The Gray Line Airport Express (615-275-1180) open 6:30 a.m. — 11:00 p.m., is located on the ground level and offers transportation to major downtown hotels.
A: All reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please contact the hotel of your choice by visiting the Travel Desk section of this website for more information.
Q: Is there an age limit to attend?
A: Yes. Absolutely no one under 16 years of age will be admitted. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their conduct and safety at all times.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: No camera or recording equipment will be allowed. Absolutely no photography is allowed on the show floor. Cameras (including phone cameras) will be confiscated if used on the show floor.
