All applications must be submitted with a deposit, payable by credit card or in U.S. funds drawn from a U.S. bank. An application received without the appropriate deposit or a deposit received without an application cannot be processed for space assignment.

Non-Member – $3,100 USD per 9 square meters
PMA Member – $2,680 USD per 9 square meters
